I have problem with my CS:S server , i have admin mani plugin,sourcemod and srcds

when i make server i write ''status'' in srcds and i found localhost so i add localhost in my favorite servers and join in server

but when my friends try to find server they can't

So i want to ask here how i can change my server ip

Do you have router before your server?

Your friends should use the WAN ip address not the local address.

Read your ip from here http://www.whatismyip.com/ and tell that address to your friends.

 

If you have router you might also have to set routing for the server protocol.

I don't know what your networking system is looking like but you must use WAN ip not lan. You can use the lan ip address only for the computers connected on the lan network.

I tell my friends this WAN ip but again they can't find my server

Heh in my router it looks other (DSL-2740B <333) but you must enter the same Internal and External port, server IP Address is your computer LOCAL IP, name can be everything, idk what to enter in Remote IP (maybe try leaving it blank). On site is written which ports u have to unblock and witch protocol to it (TCP, UDP). Ask if you don't understand xD

I think the port range should be between 20000 and 30000 because css server operates at port 27015.

Other then that it looks ok to me.

Where did you find this old version of the server? From our website? Why did you install the old engine?

There is no way to update from that old version to the latest.
