They are focusing on CS:GO now so this game wont be updated that often anymore. A new emulator is included in this update and all crashes are sorted out. If you sill experience game crash then delete the folder "\cstrike\addons\". This folder is automatically deleted on update but if it is not then you should do it manually. I tested the torrent and seems ok to me. Can you try with uTorrent?
