^{Look, i don't live in US, EUrope, i live in Africa with 2MB wifi, and i play css and most of css servers are Russian, too far from me, i get in 60fps like 150 or even 200 ..ping too far from my country i get kicked all the time for high ping, if i do that trick that reduce my ping to 5 stable, they kick you for it}

 

What i'm asking, is some NON steam latest version (the one we downloaded) and from the entire servers arround the world

i can live with Copy/paste server ip, just link me with a African, Europian (spain, france, and other close to moroco) server list
