No problem my friend. BTW telekabel CSS is now CS GO so you can't join that server for now but we'll open smaller CSS for test.

I am really sorry my friend but I don't know how to help you. Can't you find some server from your country or near you? You don't have any server for CSS in your country? Your internet speed is not the problem. You should be able to play with that speed, the problem is the distance of the servers you are trying to play.
