I always get the message" STEAM validation rejected" if i try to join a non-steam server.

 

I loaded Counter Strike Source Final 2012 1.0.0.71 and installed it, but i dont find the link for the latest update.

If i try to load patch 52 i get redirected to this site.

 

Is it because of the server or because is need the patch?

NO NO NO if you downloaded the latest game then you don't need any PATCH. NO UPDATES and there is no update 53.

 

You get that message because there is problem with the Server emulator and lot of servers don't work.

The only problem I still have is that this version doesn't have the new revolution emulator. I guess I'll have to wait for it.

No I mean that the game still closes at the start with no error message. Like you said before, it's the Revolution Emulator and this new version is from steam with the old one. So I guess I have to wait for the new one.
