All it's need to do for such case like this is:

1.) Just backup the instalation directory and burn it on DVD

2.) After System reinstall Fresh instell Counter Strike Source.

3.) Use your CS:S backup DVD and PASTE in instelled directoy. (If you using CS:S Junkies install packege C:\\Program Files\Counter-Strike Source)

 

So that's it :D
