Well if the Game Check doesn't shows any error then the problem is not in the game.

 

Can you tell us what is your PC spec and OS?

32 bit

The Patch update is not installed in Game Diractory (Game Folder). A Patch install him self in: C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike Source

You must navigate Patch Update 39 to your CS:S 2011 orangebox install Diractory (Folder).

Or download game from here http://forum.planetcss.com/files/getdownload/55-counter-strike-source/ and install again.
