This works it helped me 2.....like i said before i am not the best with compters but think for your selfs it is really easy, if you do this after it will tell you that it cant find the steam.dll file, in your csgo map there is a file called rev.ini you will see what is wrong, add the location of the steam.dll file after you installed everything. the file is in junkies client/steamapps/commen.rev <- open this this is the first part. [Emulator]CacheEnabled = falseCachePath = D:\Steam\SteamAppsLanguage =EnglishLogging=falseSteamDll=.\bin\Steam\Steam.dll <---- edit this into full destination file!!!! edit before .bin (c:\program files\junkies client...... bla bla blaSteamClient = TrueSteamUser = SteamPlayer this might help a lot if it wont run again!!!

als try to completely uninstall everything and do it all over it works i promise!!!! RUN IN ADMINISTRATOR MODE EVEN WHEN YOU INSTALL THE CLIENT BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THE GAME> RIGHT CLICK ON THE INSTALLATION FILE FROM THE CLIENT CLICK ON RUN IN ADMINISTRATOR MODE AND TURN OFF WIREWALL.. AFTER IT HAS TO RUN AND VERIFY ALL
