SmartPlay, people on the server vote for dust II. But we are taken to mirage(actually inferno) and nuke. And also, suddenly my game crash.

Well, it seems win8/8.1 not work. Maybe i'm gonna change back to windows 7(I also think windows 8 is a crap though) BTW, did i have to install windows 7 from windows 8 like normal way?

You will get a bottleneck because your cpu can't handle GTX 580. And motherboard and powersupply can't handle it too. If you really want to play cs:go without lags, i recommend you just buy a new PC.

1. You should try GameBooster, it gives a tiny boost but still help, right? 2. Overclocking (I am NOT recommend you to do this because this method can make your PC getting hot) That's the only method i know cuz i have a laptop faster than you and having low fps too. If you want to know my spec: Windows 8 Pro 32 bit Intel Core i3-2350M 2.30GHz with 4 CPU 2GB of Ram Nvidia Geforce 610M with 1GB VRam Well, maybe other people can help you because that's the only thing i know.
