Type promo code: NY2SSD5 and wait til it say something i don't remember to get 5$ free (not in credit card). After adding, select Create, enter your Hostname (any thing you like), select the vps has the smallest size 5$ (don't choose another if you don't have money), select region (anywhere you like), select any OS you want (there isn't any Windows Server there) and press Create Droplet. Done. You have your own VPS.
