Not all... and if you play at high-ultra settings the quality is better as you may know

Before i managed to change knife like this:

1. sv_cheats 1
2. mp_ct_default_melee "" OR mp_t_default melee ""
3. mp_restart game 1
4. give weapon_knife_karambit
give weapon_knife_flip
give weapon_knife_gut
give weapon_bayonet
give weapon_knife_m9_bayonet

 

But after update it doesn't work  :(  :(

So this isnt the best solution
