Tried Compatibility modes like Win XP SP3, and Windows 7.. same problems mentioned above :)Maybe coming new patch with some fixes??

October 30, 201311 yr comment_14155 Simple question, how to change name in cs:go?go to your cs go folder, find the rev.ini file, open it with notepad , find "playername" then change to what you wantor just simple rev file, you will be able to open that with simple double click and find what i wrote above.
