as the game's servers are update on 24 / 1 /2013 so we all can't do nothing just to wait for junkies next update

First of all, hello everyone, I am new here. 

 

So, I tried this release last night. Followed all the instructions with CSGO (Z:) mounted as Partition 0, and it turned out to be fine. I was able to play, it was very good, had played several times until this morning (or my morning). So here's what happened. I tried putting "csgo.exe" into the Nvidia Control Panel programs tab (I can't seem to remove it because the remove button's grayed out). After that, tried executing the loader again, it just returns back to the desktop. I tried to observe it through task manager. "csgo.exe"  seemed to blink there for almost a second. Same with Razer Game Booster, it returns to normal mode right after cmd closes. Tried re-installing twice, in both C: and D: drive, set compatibility mode both 8 and 7 with Run as administrator box checked, yet problem persists. Using Windows 8.1, by the way. No problems with my Windows 7 PC, though.

 

Any ideas? Do you think putting the application into the Nvidia Control Panel is the root of the problem? Thanks.

 

 

EDIT: I forgot, my laptop was accidentally unplugged from the power source while I was in my last successful game launch.

 

I am having the exact same issue. I was playing over lan with  friends  at home when my pc froze, so i thought oh well let me restart. When i mounted the image again and open the the junkies launcher the cmd line executes all the the dll's and then simply exits and fails to load the csgo.exe. I did not try to add it to the nvidia control panel so i dont think it is that. I know when it starts the game because it instantly loads a black screen but now it wont even get this far. I have tried reinstalling  multiple  times and in  different   locations. i even tried a system restore and it  didn't  help. At first i thought it might be the image so i downloaded a new one just  in case  i  disabled  read only but it must have been when the game  crashed it seriously messed something up.  Can any body suggest anything that might try fix this? or has anyone else  experienced  the same issue? i have a feeling the only thing that will fix this at this point is to reinstall windows. Other  possible  issues might be a security issue and perhaps something has been blocked but i  disabled  bitdfender completely and tried add administrative right to a lot of junkies files but it  hasn't  fixed anything yet. FYI Running windows 8.1

Just give me a moment to take screen shots and instructions from my one windows 8.1 laptop that is still working. I had to figure out how to connect lan by myself as there was nothing online to help

HOW TO PLAY CS:GO JUNKIES VIA LAN

 

Host Pc:

1. In main menu go to options / game settings / enable developer console = YES
2. Open the console by typing ~ then type in without quotes "sv_lan 0"
3. you can retype "sv_lan" to make sure that server is a lan server.
4. Then select offline with bots /  select map
5. Once the map is loaded open the console ~ Look for the the green colored console logged text for that currently loaded map
6. Example: Assigned anonymous gameserver Steam ID [A:1:4082449066(1)].
7. 972.630:  Sending UDP connect to public IP XXX.X.X.X:XXXXX
   Server using '<none>' lobbies, requiring pw no, lobby id 0
   RememberIPAddressForLobby: lobby 0 from address loopback
8. Make note of the Number i have  highlighted  in red just before Sending UDP, this number will most often be differnt for ever new round or map that is played so please don't use this one i have  copied  now (this is were all other tutorials for lan failed as they always asked to note down the public ip which does not work for junkies version)

Other Local Pc's:

1. Enable Console
2. open console ~ and type without quotes "connect 972.2630" and hit enter. This is my example, yours will be  similar  format  but  different.
3. This should now load the hosts game over lan
4. If it returns you to the main menu then its the wrong number or possibly it might not work for you
5. If it keeps loading without showing you the exact map select then its doing 10 attempts and it will fail. Make sure sv_lan 0 is enabled by host first and make sure the number from the host is correct

This is working over a wireless tp-link router tested with 3  local  pc's so far. Obviously  white list  CS:GO on your firewall

I'm currently having an issue trying to start CS:GO, It worked earlier but after my pc crashed while playing it no longer successfully runs csgo.exe after junkiesloader. I can see it starts csgo.exe in the task manager briefly but then it is ended.

Here is my log. I have checked it with another pc's log file and it just ends after CAdapterFactory::CreateSteamPipe = 513

MYSTERY I FOUND A SOLUTION TO CS:GO NO LONGER WORKING AFTER IT CRASHES!!!!

 

I took a look at the log file in the  C:\Program Files\Counter-Strike Global Offensive Junkies folder.

 

I noticed it was saving data to C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\RevEmu2\730 and this was where the junkies loader was failing on my log file. it never loaded the user stats like it did on my other pc.

 

I inspected the file: UserGameStats.bin C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\RevEmu2\730\stats and i found the file was  completely  blank. So i opened the same file on another pc that has CS:GO working and it has the user stats data inside. so i copied that over into the blank UserGameStats.bin file and it started right up again.

Hmm... I don't think there's a patch like that, or at least there's none yet. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this one wasn't specified at the first page. 

 

 

 

Anyway, the game works fine with Windows 8. Played competitive LAN twice. No issues about the OS, indeed. That .bin file really fixed the problem.
